BeYourCover Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• Company refers to BeYourCover.
• Affiliate refers to any individual or entity approved to participate in the affiliate program.
• Referred Customer refers to a user who signs up or makes a purchase through an affiliate referral link.
• Commission refers to the percentage of qualifying revenue earned by the affiliate.
• Affiliate Platform refers to the third party software used to track referrals and commissions.

2. Eligibility and Approval

• Participation in the affiliate program is subject to approval by BeYourCover.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
• We may revoke affiliate access at any time if these terms are violated.

3. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn a 20% commission on qualifying purchases.
• Commissions apply to:
• The initial purchase made by a referred customer.
• Any additional credit pack purchases made by the same customer.
• Commissions are earned for 12 months from the date of the referred customer's first purchase.

4. Discounts and Promotions

• BeYourCover reserves the right to apply discounts or temporary promotions at any time.
• Affiliate commissions are always calculated based on the final amount paid by the customer after any discounts or promotions are applied.

5. Commission Approval and Hold Period

• All commissions are subject to a 30-day hold period to account for refunds, chargebacks, or fraud.
• Commissions become eligible for payout only after the hold period has passed.

6. Payouts

• Payouts are processed monthly.
• The minimum payout threshold is $30.
• Payments are made via PayPal.
• Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate and up to date.

7. Refunds and Chargebacks

• If a referred purchase is refunded, disputed, or charged back, the corresponding commission will be voided or reversed.
• If a refund occurs after a commission has been paid, the amount may be deducted from future payouts.

8. Promotion Guidelines

• Affiliates agree to promote BeYourCover honestly and ethically.
• The following practices are not allowed:
• Misleading or false claims about BeYourCover.
• Spam, incentivized traffic, or low quality traffic sources.
• Impersonating BeYourCover or claiming to be the official site.
• Offering unauthorized discounts or bonuses.

9. Paid Advertising Policy

• Affiliates may use paid advertising channels to promote BeYourCover.
• Trademark and brand bidding is not allowed, including bidding on:
• "BeYourCover"
• Brand variations or misspellings
• Brand related search queries
• Direct linking to checkout or payment pages is not permitted.
• All paid ads must clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law.
• BeYourCover reserves the right to revoke paid advertising permissions if traffic quality is poor or abusive.

10. Intellectual Property

• Affiliates may use approved BeYourCover branding assets solely for promotional purposes.
• Branding may not be modified in a misleading way.
• All intellectual property rights remain the property of BeYourCover.

11. Affiliate Disclosures

• Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Proper affiliate disclosures must be included where required, including on websites, videos, and social media posts.

12. Termination

• Either party may terminate participation in the affiliate program at any time.
• Upon termination, unpaid commissions that violate these terms may be forfeited.
• Approved commissions earned prior to termination may be paid at BeYourCover's discretion.

13. Limitation of Liability

• BeYourCover is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the affiliate program.
• We do not guarantee any specific level of earnings.

14. Modifications

• BeYourCover reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
• Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where BeYourCover operates.
