How quickly will I get a reply?

Most messages get a response within one business day. We're a small team, so urgent billing or generation issues are prioritised first.

I can't find a cover I generated. What do I do?

Sign in with the same email you used when generating the cover and check your account dashboard. If it's still missing, send us the email plus the rough date you generated it and we'll dig it up.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — if a cover credit failed to generate due to a system error, we refund automatically. For other refund requests, drop us a line via this form within 14 days of purchase and we'll review your case.

Do you offer discounts for author groups?

We offer team and bulk discounts for writers' groups, courses, and small publishers. Use the General Query option above to get a quote.
